Avoid Breast Cancer...Foods That Help!

Truth is men love female breasts. From child to adult, they never leave it alone, they keep sucking and fondling...Personal studies have found that male babies love sucking breast 5xs more than female babies...and they even suck breast longer (chai, make una nor abuse me o, na my own observation). Some male babies suck breasts till 3years. HABA!!!!

Anyway, being learning a whole lot about breast cancer since I had a couple of people (somehow) close to me contact it. Some have died, while some are receiving treatment. Truth is, information about preventing this is kinda on the low. I have done some research and will be dropping some tips on foods that can reduce the risk of having breast cancer...

A) CARROTS: Mothers know best, especially when they tell us to eat our veggies. According to a recent study, a natural substance in raw carrots named “falcarinol” can reduce the risk of cancer.
Experts believe that falcarinol slows the growth of cancer cells, making cancer less likely to invade. This unique substance is inactivated by heat or cooking, so it is critical to eat raw carrots for falcarinol’s benefits. My favorite way to eat carrots is chilled, peeled, and lightly salted with sea salt. Pre-washed baby carrots in bags and carrot juice are easy ways to get enough. I eat one carrot every day (or a handful of baby carrots). In addition to falcarinol, carrots are naturally rich in healthy plant pigments called “carotenoids.” Orange “beta-carotene” is a carotenoid that gives carrots their beautiful orange hue. Numerous studies have suggested that beta-carotene might protect against cancer, including breast cancer.
Researchers at Harvard found that younger women who ate two or more servings of carotenoid-rich fruits and vegetables a day (including oranges, broccoli, carrots, romaine lettuce, and spinach) had a 17% lower risk of breast cancer than women who ate fewer than four servings a week. Researchers believe that carotenoids could reduce the negative effects of estrogen on the body early in life.
Another study found that eating carotenoids was associated with lower death rates in breast cancer survivors. Remarkably, one study found that the risk of breast cancer was 221% less for women who consumed the highest levels of beta-carotene compared to women who ate the lowest levels. Cooking carrots won’t destroy beta-carotene. Cooked carrots topped with a cholesterol reducing spread and sprinkled with sea salt (or herbs) is hard to beat. I don’t recommend supplements containing super amounts of beta-carotene. Food sources are best. Your skin will also look better if you eat carrots. Beta-carotene gives your skin a nice glow, and also protects your vision. Researchers are actively studying the full benefits of carrots, but there is no reason to wait. Your health today is too important...You see, it pays to chew like a RABBIT!

B) GREEN TEA: Green tea is rich in potent antioxidants called “polyphenols” that protect your DNA from damage and shortening, reduce inflammation, reduce estrogen, and reduce breast tissue density. EGCG, the primary antioxidant in green tea, has been shown to limit the growth of breast cancer cells by inhibiting the cancer’s blood supply. Green tea is much more potent than regular black tea. The recommended amount to consume is 2 to 4 cups per day. Personally, I take a concentrated green tea dietary supplement supplying about 95 milligrams of polyphenols (the amount found in about 4 cups of green tea) daily because it makes it easy to get enough.

Green tea is available in great new flavors like green tea with orange and green tea with pineapple. If you are sensitive to caffeine, decaffeinated green tea and green tea supplements are available. “Tea time” is a perfect time each day to relax, reduce stress, and calm your mind. Of course, more research is needed to elucidate green tea’s full effects. Green tea may also boost your metabolism for weight loss and reduce wrinkles...Ladies, please use some of your Aso-ebi budget to invest in Green Tea. Your health is very important o!

c) APPLES: Six medical studies, published in the past year by Cornell researchers, report that apples prevent breast cancer by multiple mechanisms. Specifically, the studies show that natural substances found in apples decrease the number of tumors, size of tumors, and tumor growth rates in animals. The more apple extract the animals were fed, the greater the reduction in cancer. The lead Cornell researcher states, “We not only observed that the treated animals had fewer tumors, but the tumors were smaller, less malignant [aggressive] and grew more slowly.”
Remarkably, the researchers found that the most deadly “adenocarcinoma” form of breast cancer was found in 71% of animals not fed the apple extract, but in only 23% of the animals fed the highest dose of the apple extract.
The same researchers found new substances in apple skins that also have anti-cancer activities. In order to get enough apple nutrients for the full benefits, I recommend taking an apple extract supplement daily, plus eating 1 whole apple at least a few times weekly. Baked or sautéed apples with olive oil and cinnamon are absolutely amazing...Babes, rather than giving the Apple to your man (Eve strategy) why not begin to consume loads of it. Also rather than asking your man to buy you an Apple Mac or iPhone5

, why not ask him to buy you a basket of apples? Save yourselves the risk!!!

d) FIBER: Getting more fiber from fiber supplements (powders and pills), cereals, fruits, veggies (including beans), nuts, and whole grains may not only reduce your risk of breast cancer, but also stop breast cancer progression. Scientists believe fiber may lower breast cancer risk in several important ways. Some studies have found that fiber reduces the amount of cancer-causing hormones, including reducing estrogen levels in premenopausal women, menopausal women, and breast cancer survivors.
A recent medical study found that high fiber intakes were associated with a 42% lower risk of postmenopausal breast cancer when comparing women with the highest amount of fiber consumption to women with the lowest amount. Getting enough is very important, so aim for 30 or more grams of soluble fiber every day. You have to plan ahead to eat this amount. I blend a fiber powder into my daily protein shake. Raspberries, pears and apples are three of the best fiber-rich fruits. Oatmeal, corn, beans, nuts, and popcorn are tasty ways to get more. Chewable fiber pills are easy. Drink plenty of fluids when eating fiber. Because a high-fiber diet also helps you lose weight, it is wise to start adding fiber to your anti‐breast cancer regimen now...Grab any foods that contain loads of it and munch on...e dey pay big time!

e) OMEGA-3: Omega-3 fatty acids are found in oil-rich fish like salmon, albacore tuna, mackerel, lake trout, herring, and sardines. The fish fats supply healthy omega‐3 “fatty acids,” particularly eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). Fish is an excellent source of protein and Vitamin D3 without the harmful saturated fat found in many other meat products. A recent study examining breast cancer risk and omega-3 intake found a substantial risk reduction with increasing omega‐3 and oil-rich fish consumption in both premenopausal and menopausal women.
Women who consumed more fish had lower rates of breast cancer. Women with the greatest EPA, DHA, and total omega‐3 fatty acids in their red blood cell membranes from fish had a 73%, 94%, and 89% lower risk of breast cancer, respectively. Harvard researchers, along with the government’s Centers for Disease Control (CDC), estimate that 96,000 total deaths per year are due to omega-3 deficiency. Medical researchers propose several mechanisms for the breast-protective effects of omega‐3’s including the ability to stop estrogen-driven cancer growth, immune system function (which can help kill and control cancer cells), and reduced inflammation.
I recommend a combined approach of food plus supplements. In addition to eating fish a few times per week, I take a concentrated omega-3 supplement daily with 800 milligrams of EPA and DHA to make sure I’m getting enough. The pill I take is “enteric-coated” so there is no fishy aftertaste. Enteric‐coated pills breakdown after they leave your stomach. Much more research is underway on omega‐3’s and cancer, but since omega‐3’s have many proven heart, anti-inflammatory, and anti-aging skin benefits, I recommend starting now...and yes you must. Stop the Suya, Fuuku, Roundabout, Egufe, Nkwobi and Kpomo today.

We need to stop the prevalence of Breast cancer. Constant breast check (by a specialized doctor) is key. Also information is very important. We need to support those that need funds to go for treatment and also help REDUCE THE RISK OF BREAST CANCER TODAY!

Please help spread the word. Share and drop a comment....

GUYS ONLY: 5 Foods That Increase Your Sperm Count!

Like I said, this is for guys only...married ones o! Ok, women you can read and make sure your husbands feed on these items...

When I saw this, I told myself I'll start feeding on these items so that when I get married(hopefully next year) with just one big BAM...my wife will carry a set of twins - One boy and One girl. Heeeheeeehee, as a badt guyz na...

5 FOODS that can increase your sperm count.
We will be looking at foods you can find anywhere at a very affordable price:
a) DARK CHOCOLATE - This decadent dessert contains L-Arginine HCL, a powerful amino acid that has been clinically proven to double sperm and semen volume. As an added bonus, L-Arginine HCL can also increase your sexual pleasure by giving you stronger and more intense orgasms (shey una dey hear). But it is advised you don't eat too much cos you will add excess weight which can cos Testosterone/estrogen imbalances that can further reduce sperm count...BE WARNED!

b) BANANA - Everyone knows that an apple a day keeps the doctor away. But if you want to keep fertility specialists away, you should probably try adding bananas to your daily routine. That’s because this phallic fruit contains an enzyme called bromelain, which has been found to increase male libido and sex drive. Bananas are also an excellent source of vitamin B, which can help increase your stamina in the sack...Could that be the reason why Don Jazzy's D'Prince

sang that song "Take Banana"?...Thank God I love eating bananas sha. You can call me a MONKEY from today onwards...I don't mind.

c) WALNUTS: If you want to improve your sperm count, you’d be nuts not to consider walnuts. These tasty tree droppings are overflowing with omega-3 fatty acids, which have been found to increase sperm count and sexual function by improving blood flow to the genitals. That’s not all. A new U.S. study found that eating seven walnuts a day can also lower your cholesterol and reduce your risk of coronary heart disease. "A handful of walnuts contains almost twice as much antioxidants as an equivalent amount of any other commonly consumed nut," chemistry professor and study researcher Joe Vinson told The Independent. "But, unfortunately, people don't eat a lot of them."...Ah, no wonder Rabbits are always vibrant.

d) GINSENG: Asian men have been turning to ginseng for hundreds of years to improve their virility, and now scientists are finally beginning to follow their lead by investigating the medicinal properties of this fabled root. A study by the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine found that ginseng produced hormonal secretions in lab rats that led to enhanced libido and sexual performance. In another study, published in the Journal of Urology, 45 men with erectile dysfunction were administered ginseng for 16 weeks, and at the end of the trial, 60% claimed that ginseng improved their erections...Omo guys, please get some roots or ginseng drinks and stop the beer asap. Even this ginseng roots photo speaks of fertility or don't you think so?

e) GARLIC: Mankind has been using garlic to treat everything from the common cold to cardiovascular disease for hundreds of years, and now we finally know that this fragrant bulb can also be used to boost sperm count. That’s because garlic contain high levels of allicin, an organosulfur compound that can create millions of hardy little swimmers by improving blood flow to your sexual organs. Just be careful how much you consume, or you may not be able to get within 10 feet of your spouse...chai, for me, I don't care. I will keep eating GARLIC...the best is to eat it and chew loads of walnuts to kill the smell and get a double d...

Once again, this is for married guys o. Single guys, you can prepare yourselves. Eat a lot of these listed items above and store some COUNT in your sperm bank. Wa se re, when we get married, we most be sharp shooters...So help us GOD!

Whose RACE is it anyway?

Whose RACE?

Exams were around the corner, and I had only one target in my mind, to beat Salewa’s result this time. Salewa was the brainy of the class, but that wasn’t just it, she was beautiful. Salewa was such a social fly that I always wondered how she did it. How on earth was she able to maintain such balance? I asked myself. Meanwhile, I refused to admit that I didn’t want to be friends with her because I was jealous. Anyways that aside, the battle line was drawn, I was out to show Salewa this semester that someone could top her in class, and that person was gonna be me.
It was time to study. I spent hours awake at night reading till my eyes went sore, I decided to take a sneak peek at what Salewa was up to in her room, I tiptoed to her room down the hall, and peeped through the curtains, she was snoring. Hmmm, that devilish grin, I’ll top the class this year, just this once, to prove a point.
Exams were over, the results were out. Salewa made a 5 point GPA and me, a 4.85 GPA. To say I was sad was an understatement, she did it again, was all that kept ringing in my head. I walked to the hostel down casted and gloomy. On my way, I could hear voices screaming my name, ‘Nneka, you’re a bloody genius, u made straight A’s except for one course, efiko o’, what are these dudes screaming about, I’m a total failure, Salewa beat me hands down again. I was so sad; I spent the rest of the day brooding over nothing.
They both had the same grades didn’t they? Does it matter what points it was? Bottom-line, they were both in the 1st class bracket, right? Plus, Salewa was living her life without the slightest idea that she was in an unknown race with an unknown competitor? Isn’t that what happens in life when we focus on competing with colleagues, friends, neighbors, church members, family members, trying to prove we can be more successful, when in reality nobody really cares. We lose our happiness over nothing, whose race is it anyway? Don’t we all have our destined paths? No matter what we try to do there would always be someone prettier, smarter, and richer, with a hotter husband or wife, more successful than us, so why try to outdo others? Shouldn’t this be blamed on inferiority complex? WITH UNHEALTHY COMPETITION, COMES A NEVER ENDING CYCLE.

Why Lord? Why?

Why Lord? Why?

Lara felt moody this particular morning as she sat behind her desk at work. She started wondering if God was upset with her, there were missed opportunities, missed blessings. Her best friend Moji had it all, that amazing job, that dream car, and she would be getting married next weekend, but at 28, Lara was yet to find her bearing.
Two years ago, all she had in mind was getting married to that awesomely wealthy guy, and all her problems would be solved, but wait a minute, she was in graduate school, her peers were striving to get that Fortune 500 job, and being in an ivy-league school, virtually everyone were from comfortable homes, then why the struggle for these jobs? She asked herself.
Her relationship with Makinde has never been stronger, infact he just proposed, and it was a really romantic one, it was a family dinner, as she was heading to the kitchen to get dessert, her younger sister offered instead, that is unusual, because Lara would normally need to write a proposal to get her to do anything, in other words, she wasn’t that nice, Lara was glad she offered anyways. And then there was dessert, already served, Lara’s plate was covered, unlike every other person’s on the table; everyone was busy chatting away and didn’t even hear her ranting to her sis. Taadaa, the cover was lifted and there it was, that beautifully wrapped box, Makinde got down on one knee, and before the question was popped, Lara already screamed YESSS.
This has always been her dream, Makinde’s father was the commissioner of Police and it seemed he had the perfect plan for the couple, that society wedding, that dream house and everything sorted without Lara lifting a pin or spending a penny…a fantasy right? She thought as much too, but no, it was for real. She was living the life *big grin*, or so she thought until things took a different turn. Lara and Makinde could barely stand each other’s guts, the relationship was over and only then did reality dawn on her, now where would she begin? She thought to herself. Her peers were way ahead, she built her life around him and the pecks that would come along with being his wife. Now jobless after 2years of graduation and a master’s degree from an ivy-league school, she ponders on where she got it wrong.
Some ladies never saw the four walls of a school, but they live within the walls of a castle only because they got hitched to that gold mine. Many women have this as their dream, is it wrong? Should a woman build her dreams independently on a man? What if she becomes a career success and men become scared to date her? who says one can’t have it both ways. What do you think? What are your thoughts?

GAY zone...A FRIEND's Experience!

GAY Peeps, GAY Zones, GAY Controlled Businesses...A Friend's experience!

I know this might sound shocking to some peeps, while to others it will sound like something familiar...they'll be like "come on man, this is old school"! Well, I'll share a friend's experience with you this moment.

Friday 4th October was a very memorable day in the hearts of so many Nigerians...The ALUU4 story. Meanwhile as that was going on in the eastern part of Nigeria, somewhere in Ejigbo Lagos, my friend (Segun) got a call from an old time business paddy from a year ago (unfortunately business didn't go well for my friend at that time). To cut the long story short, my friend who is into diesel sales supply (was very broke on that day) suddenly got a call from this so-called paddy (let's call him Tunde for the purpose of this story) to come meet him up at a popular fast-food restaurant around Bode Thomas area of Surulere for discussions on some diesel supply. Omo, as a guy wey owu dey hold, Segun quickly changed all plans for the day, thanked Oluwa for the opportunity and rushed down to Surulere. When he got there, he exchanged pleasantries with Tunde over a bottle of drink whilst Tunde quickly shared the business proposal with Segun. After this, they left immediately for 3 companies where Segun submitted his proposals and was told they will revert back to him by Monday.

Segun being very happy and surprised was very thankful to Tunde. As they left the last place, Tunde offered to buy Segun some food and drinks somewhere around Surulere too. As they drove down to the so-called joint (believe me, the place has no name), Tunde began to tell Segun that this was just a little business and that there is indeed more to come. Wow, Segun kept on saying "thank you Oluwa".

They got to the place, nice cozy place, well hidden on an axis in Adeniran Ogunsanya Surulere, with people gisting and chatting sha. Tunde ordered for drinks and fortunately for Segun, he just said he wasn't gonna take anything (he said he didn't feel like sha).

As Tunde sipped on, he started telling Segun about some of his ogas who are very handsome, popular and rich (Oil, Banking, Entertainment Big Boys...I nor wan call names abeg) and how he loves children and deals with fine boys only (my friend even mentioned me to the maga guy cos the guy said he was into events). Suddenly, Tunde told him he likes his shoes and asked him to raise his trouser up so he could see the shoe. Upon raising his trouser up innocently, Tunde said to Segun "U've got nice legs", Segun replied "thanks". Then Tunde went on on how his uncle invited him to a gay party (which he didn't know of and said the whole "Shoe raising incident" was performed by his uncle...

To cut the long story short, Tunde then said to Segun "I will like you to be my boyfriend" (Shet, my hommie Segun was shocked, though he didn't show it), he then went on to say he will give my friend N1million if he agrees to his offer and that by December of this year, his life will change because he will have good contacts and make good money from them. He also asked him to please visit him at home that he wasn't going to have sex with him, they will just cuddle and kiss. Segun who was terrified, immediately looked around and realized he was in a GAY bar.

Tunde went on to explain to Segun how he will have to leave his church and follow him to his own church in ALLEN, Ikeja, a church of fine young rich men heavily connected. He persuaded him continually until Segun said "no problem" (this was in an attempt to end the conversation quickly and take off). Tunde immediately started calling Segun "my sweetie" and went on to introduce him to some of his so-called friends on phone (infact he called a popular musician and a bank MD whom Segun spoke with). He even told him that people he sees driving good cars and stuff do things..."no be evribodi wey dey chop something wey pipu dey know, na only doz wey chop nor clean mouth well pipu dey catch". EVIL!!!

Segun was now becoming restless and had to send an sms to a friend to keep troubling him with calls in an attempt to say he had a meeting and run off. Infact he even told Tunde he was going to a popular christian Camp on Lag-Ibadan Expressway so that the maga will leave him but he proposed to follow him (as his new found love). But Tunde started to explain to Segun how he used to be a strong minister in church and how he knows the church and bible well (omo, Segun fear die).

Based on the fact that he had agreed to visit Tunde in his home on Sunday (6th October), he took his leave.

As Segun was on his way home, he thought to himself "MY LORD, thanks for the eye-opener...I will rather take it slow and steady and wait for Your blessings than live in a life of misery with a ruptured asshole"

Lesson from this story: NEVER envy those you see driving around town with HUGE beautiful SUVs and Saloon cars, you never know what they do or have done to get to that level. Last week the story of a man who parked his jeep in Ikeja, came out, went naked, pooed in his hand and chased people around with the poo was everywhere. Babes, bring your eyes down and focus on the GOOD LORD not the GOOD LIFE.

So many people are living in beautiful miseries because of the devilish things they get themselves involved in/with. Take life easy and keep pushing forward, with God's blessings and favor, you will get there someday. THE FASTEST ROUTE isn't always THE BEST ROUTE, PLEASE BE PATIENT.

Finally, Tunde's getting married soon to a WOMAN! Sure he will give his wife late night excuses when they get married...eventually, she'll be miserable and may begin to keep a man outside her marital home.

Tunde still calls Segun till date...

A true life story!

My Ladipo Experience...BE WARNED!

As I drove into the street beside GTBank and Zenith Bank in the popular Ladipo market in Mushin area of Lagos State one early morning, I called unto one of the guys strolling by (they call them the "Oso ahia" people). While I explained to him the problem I wanted to fix with my honda car, the number of guys around me suddenly began to multiply. From one to an unbelievable twelve guys surrounded me with different problem identification with my car while they proffered possible solutions "original" as they claimed. Some touched my bumper and showed me the need to fix it "strong" with solid bolts and knots which they had with them, others showed me the need to wash my head lamps "so e go dey shine" as they claimed, while some others showed me the need to change my wiper with a "2 in 1" wiper and drier which the brought to me. Some claimed they could turn my car into a chopper with their skills while others said I needed to fix some other things. Bros, I was so tired, frustrated with their troubles and also very pissed. I thought to myself, what do I do? As a Christian brother, I spoke to them in a calm way at first telling them I didn't need their service but they kept on persisting. Having in mind what I heard about Ladipo, how an individual will visit the market with a fixed budget for N20,000 and eventually spend N200,000 because of the wahala of those guys, I immediately picked up the tough part of my religion and screamed at them with a loud voice asking them to free me. O boy, if to say I nor do like that I for spend like N75,000 instead of my original budget of N7,500. God saved me that day my people, if not I for fall mugu to these guys. Lemme share some tips with you about outdoing the boys in Ladipo market:

a) The number one tip is to KNOW what you want and keep your eyes to it. Dont be confused.
b) Do not change your mind about your intentions or you will acquire more intentions
c) Do what you wanna do with your car and immediately leave the market
d) Make sure you park your car in a well guarded place, especially beside any of the banks around there
e) Get to know just one person there and continue to deal with and through him
f) Do not get carried away by their sycophancy. Them go hail you tire, ignore the hailings.
g) Have a fixed budget and stick to it
h) Learn to acquire the courage to chase all those guys who'll come around you. Truth is, dem nor send you, they are just after their daily bread.
i) Trust no one even that one person you will continue to deal with

I appreciate Ladipo market very much because it is a one-stop car fixing/spare parts community. There is always a solution to the needs of your car any day. Never let the "Oso ahia" guys outsmart you. BE WARNED!
